Starting from Scratch: Parent Volunteers Needed, Jan 7-8

CCSD has cancelled all rehearsals scheduled for Jan 4, Jan 5, Jan 6 and Jan 7. Thus, we have had to greatly revise our schedule.

Please signup again or for the first time! We need volunteers at Sottile on Jan 8 and Jan 9. We also need parent volunteer load in help on Sunday, Jan 7, 1pm-4pm. Even if you already signed up, please signup for new time slots. Thanks so much!

All Sottile volunteers must wear a CCSD employee badge or CCSD official Volunteer Badge. Please register at https://www.ccsdschools.com/community/volunteering, so we can make you a badge for Sottile.

On Monday, parents will need to arrange carpools with other parents or drive students themselves to and from Sottile.

For Tuesday morning, we are trying to schedule buses to take students to Sottile. Buses will leave Cario at 11:15am, following lunch in Cario Cafe. If you do not want your child to ride the bus, please email me at joan_mcleod@charleston.k12.sc.us by Jan 7.

On Tuesday evening, parents will need to pickup students at 7pm at Sottile.
