Mulan, Jr. Costume Return

Costume Return:

1. Wash each costume on gentle by itself in cold water, except Hun costume. Hang dry.

2. All costumes should be returned in a bag, labeled with student’s first and last name, during the week of Jan 16-20.

3. If you want to purchase costume(s), each costume costs $20. Make checks payable to Cario Middle School. Payment is due Jan 16-20. You may also pay for costume(s) at the Pre-Sale DVD table in the Sottile Lobby during performances.

4. Late return or purchase of costume(s) results in a $10 late fee, effective Jan 23.

5. If a costume is not returned, a $30 fee will be charged. The next Report Card will not be distributed until late fee is paid.
